The 2007 Amour de Deutz Brut from Domaine Deutz has an intense and complex profile.
On the nose I find notes of butter, nuts and marzipan.
The mouthfeel is smooth with a persistent, fine bubble.
The finish is long and elegant.
This is a great bottle to enjoy as an aperitif with canapés or to celebrate a special occasion.
