Tasting Notes
Ambonnay from André Beaufort estate has a nice golden colour and avvery fine, persistent beam.
On the nose it’s toasty and complex with yogurt, toasted almonds, candied bergamot and white flowers.
The mouthfeel is round and full with vanilla and honey but also a citrus touch and a bitter aftertaste of fresh almonds.
The finish is elegant and long.
