Tasting Notes
Polisy from André Beaufort estate has a nice straw colour with a very fine and persistent beam.
On the nose it’s toasty and fresh with yogurt, toasted almonds and a citrus fruit note.
The mouth is fresh, sapid and moreish.
The finish is elegant and long. It will evolve very nicely over the next years.
