Tasting Notes

Grecante 2021 from Arnaldo Caprai is straw yellow.

On the nose it is mineral and it opens with white flowers and nettle, grapefruit and marzipan. As it opens up, there is also a more evolved note of nail polish.

On the mouth it is fresh with vanilla and fresh almond notes and a rather bitter after taste.

The finish is medium long.
