Powerful and round. Ripe berries, vanilla.

Tasting Notes

The 2007 Ipnosi from Azienda Agricola Biagi opens on the nose with ripe berries and vanilla.

After some time airing, a distinctive balsamic character becomes apparent.

The mouthfeel is intense and round. The tannins are definitely present but they are well balanced and pleasant.
