Barbàn 2019 from Cascina Barbàn has a red ruby colour.

On the nose it’s fruity, juicy. The profile is dominated by red fruits and a certain smokiness.

On the mouth it’s grippy with integrated tannins and again smokey. It’s very drinkable, nice.

The finish is medium long.

Barbàn is a blend of 25+ grape varieties, mainly red grapes with 20% of white grapes. They are all vinified together.

The must spends 5 months in contact with the skins.
