The Vertice Millesime Sparkling 2012 from Caves Transmontanas has a fine persistent beam.
On the nose it’s elegant and rather complex with bready notes mixing with red fruit fruit and apple jelly.
In the mouth Vertice Millesime 2012 has a lovely structure and creamy texture. Smooth and with great pleasant acidity.
The finish is long and elegant.
