Tasting Notes

Grechetto 2020 from Di Filippo WInes has a nice straw colour.

On the nose it’s rather mineral and aromatic with yellow rose and pineapple.

On the mouth the note of ripe pineapple persists and a bitter vegetal closing note is there to balance things out.

The finish is medium long.
