Tasting Notes

On the nose, the 1998 Dr Loosen Urziger Wurtzgarten has an exotic fruity character with a surprising hint of botrytis.

On the palate, the wine is lovely, it is still fruit-dominated but showing lots of substance and minerality. On the mouth there is a certain pleasant sweetness too.

Good long finish.
