Tasting Notes
Sui Lieviti Plus 2014 from Orsi Vigneto San Vito has a golden colour and a fine, persistent beam.
On the nose it’s very fragrant with a distinctive bready/yeasty note. As the nose gets acquainted with the wine I start noticing a more subtle note, fresh almond and a touch of a floral note.
On the mouth the wine is very fragrant and round. The bubbles are fine and lovely on the palate.
The finish is rather long.
