Tasting Notes
The Rument Muškat 2018 from Rodica estate has a deep golden yellow colour.
The nose is deep, tropical with lychee, mango, guava and floral with rose and chrysanthemum. It also shows a fresh, herbaceous side, mint perhaps. As well as the usual muscat pronounced muscat note.
The mouthfeel is round, viscous with a nice integrated acidity.
On the palate this Muškat is full bodied and the high residual sugar content is very well balanced by the wine freshness. The bouquet in the mouth is again tropical and fresh with notes of mint and a hint of almond paste.
The finish is very nice and rather long.
