Tasting Notes

The 2019 Schippettino from Ronco Severo has a beautiful, deep purple red colour.

On the nose it’s round with an intense blueberry jam note but also a toasty character with coffee and chocolate.

The mouthfeel is grippy with chewy tannins. On the mouth it’s toasty.

The finish is medium long.
