Tasting Notes

Karmin N.10 2019 has a beautiful copper colour.

On the nose it’s full and evolved with walnut and dried apricot, candied fruits and spices.

On the mouth it’s round and full, just a bit grippy and spicy.

The finish is elegant and long.

How it's made

The wine is macerated on the skins for about four hours before getting pressed very softly and then spending a year in oak barrels.
